周三的课，先上的四年级的课，由于四年级还没有新书，我从网上下载了电子版的课本，打印了出来，不过也只是讲了讲单词和一个句子。三年级学了第一课“on the farm” 。三年级的内容比较简单，主要是学习了几种小动物“cow”"pig""sheep"和一组句子“what?s this......”"It's a......"课前我查了很多资料，要怎样活跃课堂气氛，有哪些英语课堂小游戏引起学生的兴趣，看了教学视频，请教了其他老师该怎样做，写好了教案，怎样导入，怎样讲单词，怎样讲句子，流程如何，怎么插入游戏。总之查了很多，想了很多，写了很多。这很多落实到课堂上从一开始就走了样，导入新课时本来设计了一段简单的英语，将学生带入到农场这个情景中，可是上课时面对着学生，张开嘴愣是没说出来，变成了干巴巴的“今天我们来学习第一课on the farm，大家来看下老师手里这幅图......”说好的上来就来段英语镇场子呢？我泪~~~~~~，虽然开场不顺利，还好接下来基本都按我设想的进行下去了。但是到周五的时候我才发现，我将it's a 讲成了it is a。我已经不知道该说什么好了，这么简单的内容我都能讲错，难道这就是灯下黑吗？
周四的课，四年级还是没有新书，继续讲单词。四年级的学生相对三年级的要沉稳，不怎么爱举手回答问题，要如何调动他们的积极性呢？三年级讲了第二课 “cats and dogs”。看到了学生第一次交上来的作业，写的工不工整先放一边，最主要的是马虎大意，简单的抄写，三年级的还好一些，照着书抄的，只有极个别的抄写错误。四年级的学生是照着黑板抄的，两个班的学生加一起，全对的竟然还不到5个，大部分是没有按我的要求去写，还有的诸如单词抄错，中文意思的字不对，字母占格不对，等等还多类型的错误。为止，本来不想给学生留中午作业，只好多加了一项内容，凡是写错了的，中午再重写一份。
周五上午开会，填了2015年度的考核表。下午主任又为大家讲解了如何填写工资表的资料。这天只有一节四年级的课，也没有再讲新课。
一周就这样结束了，上了一周的英语课，感觉只有一个“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索” 。
